PRICE CONTROL OF FISH REGULATIONS

S.L. 117.15.
2. (1) The Control of Sale of Commodities Regulations shall,
but subject as hereunder, apply to fresh fish, whether locally caught
or imported.
(2) The Director of Agriculture and Fisheries may, in respect of
such fish, dispense with any specified requirements of the said
regulations.

3. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other regulations,
the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries may, from time to time,
fix the maximum, minimum or actual price, or the maximum
margin of profit, at which any type of fish may be sold, by an order
published in the Gazette.

4. The maximum, minimum or actual prices at which any type
of fish may be sold wholesale by fishermen or  pitkali  shall be such
as may be fixed by the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries from
time to time by a notice to be published in the Gazette.
