MAGISTRATES (ASSIGNMENT OF DUTIES)

Assignment of 
duties between 
magistrates.
2. (1) The President shall assign to each of the Magistrates
the court in which he is to sit indicating the jurisdiction within
which the cases coming before such court shall be, and may
transfer a magistrate from one court to another.
(2) Any assignment of duties, transfer and distribution of
duties in general, in respect of magistrates, shall be deemed to have
been properly and sufficiently notified for all purposes if notice
thereof is posted in the registry of the Courts of Magistrates before
or at the beginning of the period during which such assignment,
transfer or distribution is to take effect.
(3) The Registrar shall keep a record of all notices posted up in
terms of sub-regulation (2) of this regulation and of the date of such
posting.
