PROCEDURE OF THE 
CLEAN AIR BOARD ORDER
16th November, 1971

Title .
Order.
Interpretation.
Cap. 200.
2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,
"Board" means the Clean Air Board constituted under article 10 of
the Clean Air Act.
Ordinary meetings. 
man deems necessary, provided that one meeting shall be held at
least every three months.
Other meetings.
seven days of a request in writing addressed to him and signed by
not less than three members of the Board, which request shall state
the purpose of the meeting.
Quorum.

Chairman.
which he is present and in the event of his absence, the members
present and constituting a quorum shall elect one of their number to
be chairman for that meeting.
Vacancy among 
members.
7. Provided at least five members are appointed, the Board
may act notwithstanding any other vacancy among its members.
Committees.
members of the Board, to consider and make recommendations
regarding matters referred to them by the Board
(2) Any committee so appointed shall report its findings and
recommendations to the Board.
Power to co-opt 
persons.
9. The Board and any committee thereof shall have power to
co-opt any person to attend meetings in a consultative capacity. 
Decisions of the 
Board.
10. Any decision of the Board shall be arrived at by a majority
decision of the members present.
Casting vote.
Minutes.
of meetings to be kept, and such minutes shall be confirmed,
subject to any necessary amendment, by the Chairman of the Board
or committee, as the case may be, at a subsequent meeting.
Other procedure.
