TRANSFER OF HOSPITAL PATIENTS 
REGULATIONS
14th August, 1981
LEGAL NOTICE 91 of 1981.
Title.
Patients Regulations.
Transfer of 
patients.
2. (1) No patient in a hospital may be transferred from one
hospital to another unless such transfer is authorised by the
manager of the hospital in which such patient is detained.
(2) Any such authorisation shall be made in the form shown in
the Schedule.
(3) Any such authorisation shall lapse unless it is given effect
to not later than twenty-eight days after the day in which it is
signed by the said manager.
