AND MASONRY WORK) REGULATIONS

2. The prices for works specified in the first column of the
Schedule shall be those established in the second column thereof.

Notes:
(1) The above prices apply to buildings of a height up to two storeys and include
the stairwell leading to the roof thereof, parapet wall surrounding the roof,
ventilators and plain projections, but do not include ornamental work such as
moulded cornices and projections, moulded facias and sills, corbels, arches and
balustrades.
For works above 1st floor level the above rates shall be increased by the
following rates:
(2) All openings not exceeding 1.2m in width shall not be deducted in the
calculation of areas. No charge shall be made for lintels, jambs and arrises thereof.
(3) For openings wider than 1.2m which have lintels, jambs and arrises, only the
width exceeding 1.2m shall be deducted in the calculation of areas. A charge shall
only be made for the lintel in excess of 1.2m.

1. Concrete Work:
Reinforced concrete suspended slab; 0.15m thick,
1:2:4 mix (Grade 20), including one layer of BRC mesh
reinforcement No. 106 and all necessary form work .......... Lm5.90,0 per m 2
2. Masonry Work:
( a ) Single Walls - Soft stone ashlar in lime
mortar in single walls 0.15m to 0.23m thick
fair faced both sides and cut to uniform height  Lm4.00,0 per m 2
( b ) Double Walls - Soft stone ashlar in double
walls from 0.375m to 0.6m thick in lime
mortar consisting of inner and outer skin not
less than 0.15m thick well bonded together,

( c ) Foundations in Masonry Work -
(i) for single walls .................................... Lm3.60,0 per m 2
