CLASSES OF EARNINGS (SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS) 
ORDER

No account shall 
be taken of certain 
specified earnings.
Cap. 318.
2. For the purposes of the proviso to article 32 and the
proviso to article 51 of the Social Security Act, no account shall be
taken of any earnings derived from services rendered:
( a ) by any person in any post or assignment wherein
special knowledge or know-how is required and the
Minister is satisfied that the number of persons
possessing such knowledge or know-how is very
limited;

( c ) by any person as a director or holder of an equivalent
office (including service as a chairman) of any bank or
company or other body corporate in which the
Government has an interest, and who is so appointed
or nominated by the Government or by any body or
person acting on behalf or with the approval of the
Government; and
Cap. 291.
( d ) as a Commissioner for Justice appointed in accordance
with the Commissioners for Justice Act.
