UNIVERSITY FEES REGULATIONS

Citation.
Regulations.
Scope.
apply to students commencing courses on or after the 1st October,
1999, and in respect of regulation 6, to those students attending
courses on or after the 1st October, 1999.
Fees payable by 
Maltese students.
3. Maltese students taking special courses outside regular
hours at the University of Malta as listed in Column 1 hereunder,
shall pay the respective fees indicated in Column 2:
Examination fee.
Master’s or Doctorate Degree with the exception of the degrees of
Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, Doctor of Laws and the Executive
Master in Business Administration, shall pay the examination fee

Exemption from 
fees.
5. The Minister responsible for Education may exempt
Maltese students who are not in employment from the payment of
fees indicated in regulations 3 and 4.
Fees payable by 
non-Maltese 
students.
6. ( a ) Non-Maltese students attending courses at the
University of Malta as listed in Column 1 hereunder shall pay the
respective fees indicated in Column 2:
( b ) Non-Maltese students attending part-time courses at the
University of Malta shall pay half the amounts established by
paragraph ( a ) of this regulation.
Review of fees. 7. Fees may be reviewed from time to time even with respect
to students who may have already started a course.
