DRAWBACK ON EXPORTED CROWN CORKS 
ORDER

2. Subject to the provisions of the Import Duties Act and of
articles 3 and 4 of this Order, a drawback of import duties charged
on crown corks shall be allowed, on the exportation or shipment as
stores of bottles which are sealed with such crown corks and
contain beverages produced in these Islands, at the rate of ninety
cents per gross of crown corks.
Inspection etc.
claim relates and about to be exported or shipped as stores shall be
inspected by officers of Customs on the premises of the producer
and at his expense.
(2) The person claiming the drawback shall produce to the
Comptroller of Customs any book of accounts or other document of
whatsoever nature referring to the crown corks to which the claim
relates.
Notice.
in accordance with the provisions of article 3 the person claiming
drawback shall give the Comptroller of Customs not less than two
days notice in writing of the date when he wishes to remove from
his premises the bottles containing the crown corks to which the
claim relates.
