FEES FOR CENSORSHIP OF CINEMATOGRAPH 
FILMS REGULATIONS

2. (1) The fees leviable by the Commissioner of Police in
respect of the examination of a cinematograph film by censors,
under the provisions of regulation 42 of the Cinema and Stage
Regulations, shall be at the following rates:
( a ) two liri per film trailer;
( b ) twenty liri per film.
(2) Such fees shall include the issuing of the censorship
certificate provided for in regulation 46 of the regulations referred
to in sub-regulation (1) of this regulation:
Provided that for each duplicate censorship certificate, the
Commissioner of Police shall levy an additional fee of twenty-five
cents.

(3) No fees shall be levied for the issue of any censorship
certificate, or of any duplicate thereof in respect of any
cinematograph film imported into Malta by a diplomatic mission
accredited to the Government of Malta for exhibition to the public,
free of charge, at any place whether such place be licensed or not
under the Cinema and Stage Regulations:
Provided that such censorship certificate, issued free of
charge, shall not be made use of if the cinematograph film to which
it refers is subsequently exhibited to the public on payment.
