(MASTER ANTENNA) REGULATIONS

Citation. 
Services (Master Antenna) Regulations.
Duties of the 
Broadcasting 
Authority.
2. The Broadcasting Authority shall provide from the master
antenna, transmission and other services connected therewith, such
as lighting for common areas (excluding electricity consumption by
the nation-wide broadcasting stations), security services, periodical
surveys, and the maintenance of the master antenna as well as
surveys and maintenance of the steel tower, buildings, site and
other reasonable requirements.
Annual fee for 
services.
3. A nation-wide radio broadcasting service shall pay for the
services hereabove referred to, an annual fee of two thousand liri
(Lm2,000) payable to the Authority in advance.
Power of Authority 
in default of 
payment.
4. Should a nation-wide broadcasting service fail to pay the
said annual fee and remains in arrears for a period of fifteen days
from being called upon by the Authority to effect payment, then the
Authority shall, on the lapse of such term, withhold all
transmission facilities to the defaulting nation-wide broadcasting
service and this until payment is effected.
Reconnection fee.
paid to the Authority by any defaulting broadcasting service.
Non-liability for 
damages.
6. The Broadcasting Authority shall in no manner be liable
for damages which may be sustained by any nation-wide
broadcasting service as a result of any interruption or suspension of
transmissions from the master antenna.
