MILK BOILING REGULATIONS

GOVERNMENT NOTICE 51 of 1923.
Title.
Prohibition of 
keeping of 
unboiled milk.
2. (1) No one shall, without the special permission in writing
of the Superintendent of Public Health, keep, sell or supply, or
allow to be kept, sold or supplied, in any hotel, restaurant, coffee
shop or other shop, milk which has not been previously boiled.
(2) In any case in which milk is kept in contravention of this
regulation, the onus of proof that any such milk was not intended to
be sold or supplied, shall lie on the accused.
Posting of 
regulations.
3. Owners or other persons responsible for the management
of hotels, restaurants, coffee shops or any other shops where milk is
kept, sold or supplied, shall keep posted up in a conspicuous
position in each room a notice, obtainable free of charge from the
Department of Health, reproducing these Regulations.
