FEES PAYABLE TO MEMBERS OF COURTS OF 
INQUIRY ORDER

Title.
Courts of Inquiry Order.
Sole member or 
chairman.
2. A sole member constituting a Courts of Inquiry and the
chairman of a Courts of Inquiry composed of more than one
member, if that sole member or that chairman is not a Judge or a
Magistrate or a person in the full time employment of the
Government, shall be paid a fee of three liri and fifteen cents for
each sitting.
Other members.
of Inquiry composed of more than one member shall be paid a fee
of one lira and five cents in respect of each sitting.
Meaning of 
"sitting".
4. For the purposes of articles 2 and 3 a sitting shall mean a
conference at which one or more witnesses are heard or at which
one or more of the interested parties or their representatives set out
ex parte  views or arguments before the Courts of Inquiry.
Fees include 
compensation in 
full.
5. The fees established in articles 2 and 3 shall be deemed to
include compensation in full for all work of whatsoever nature
including the drafting of the report or reports, performed by the
Courts of Inquiry.
