REPRESENTATION FEES REGULATIONS

Provided that the total amount of fees charged under this
regulation shall not exceed Lm40.00,0 in any one case.
Joint claims.

Claims for fees.
in proceedings before the Tribunal may, at the request of any party,
be vetted by the Secretary of the Tribunal, or by any other officer
designated to assist the Secretary, who shall certify that the sum
claimed is in accordance with that taxed in the award or decision
or, in the absence of that taxation, in accordance with the
provisions of these regulations.

6. The request to the Tribunal for an order of reimbursement
of any amount paid in excess of that laid down in these regulations
shall be made by letter addressed to the Secretary of the Tribunal,
and such order shall be deemed an executive title for the purposes
of paragraphs article 251( c ) and ( d ) of the Code of Organization

( a ) for the drafting, filing and presentation
of an introductory statement of case
including the filing of any documents
ancillary thereto or any other documents
required by the Industrial Tribunal
during the same proceedings:
(i) if the statement is in respect of the
employer or of one employee:

(ii) if the statement is made jointly in
respect of two or more employees  20.00,0

Industrial Tribunal or at an inspection  in
