PROHIBITION OF SALE OF SEA-FOOD 
REGULATIONS

2. In these Regulations, "sea-food" means oysters, clams, sea
urchins, mussels, crustaceans and other marine invertebrates in the
raw state. 
Prohibition of 
importation, etc.
3. No person shall import, convey from one place to another,
sell, keep for sale, consign, or supply by way of compensation or
otherwise to any person whether in his service or not, any article of
sea-food unless he is in possession of a special permit from the
Superintendent of Public Health.
