USE OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS
(GUDJA LOCAL COUNCIL) BYE-LAWS

LOCAL COUNCIL BYE-LAW 20/17/2001.
Citation.
Systems (Gudja Local Council) Bye-Laws.
Interpretation.
"advertisement" means any type of promotion whether
commercial or otherwise, and includes a notice or any other thing
used for the same purpose;

"Council" means the Gudja Local Council;
"Information Systems" refers to any means, whether audio or
visual, which is the property of or available to the Council, which is
used for the storage and, or the reproduction or dissemination of
information, which includes the Internet;
"locality" means the Gudja locality.
2.2 In these Bye-Laws any expression for which there is an
interpretation in the Act, shall have the same meaning as is
assigned to it in the Act.
Access to 
Information 
Systems.
3.1 Against payment of the fee indicated in the Schedule, the
Council shall have the right to give access to any Information
System, to any person registered as a resident of the locality.
3.2 The Council shall also have the right to pass a resolution to
exempt any person or group of persons from paying any fee
established in the Schedule.
Advertisements.

4. The Council shall also have the rig]t to seek or make a call
for advertisements to appear on Council publications or the Web-
page, in the manner indicated in the Local Councils (Financial)
Regulations, and related procedures.

Use of the Photocopier, not more than 5 cents per copy
