CONSUMER AFFAIRS ACT

2. Each public corporation mentioned hereunder, which is a
corporation which provides goods or services to consumers for a
fee, shall be considered as from the 1st October, 1997 as a trader
for the purposes of the Consumer Affairs Act:
Malta Development Corporation
Malta Drydocks
Telemalta Corporation
Enemalta
Malta Freeport Corporation Limited
Employment and Training Corporation
Water Services Corporation.
