ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON REGISTER OF 
EMPLOYEES REGULATIONS

2. The Register or Registers to be kept for the purposes of the
Employment and Industrial Relations Act shall also contain the
following additional information in respect of each employee :
( a ) national insurance card number;
( b ) date of engagement;
( c ) holidays and sick leave entitlements;
( d ) the dates of holidays with pay and sick leave with pay,
if any, granted to the employee;
( e ) Work Book Number; and
( f ) in the case of an employee whose conditions of
employment are regulated by any wage regulation
order stipulating conditions dependent on experience
in the trade or previous employment, details in respect
of such experience or previous employment, as the
case may be, including the duration thereof.
