COMMISSIONERS FOR OATHS (NOTARIES 
PUBLIC) REGULATIONS

2. (1) Before a notary public is appointed to be commissioner
for oaths by the Attorney General, he shall in a book kept for the
purpose by the Attorney General, enter a specimen of an
impression of the rubber stamp referred to in sub-regulation (2).

(2) A notary public who has been appointed commissioner for
oaths shall, besides the requirements of article 9 of the
Commissioners for Oaths Ordinance, make under his signature an
impression with a rubber stamp showing his name and surname, his
office as notary public and commissioner for oaths and his address.
(3) Whenever a notary public appointed as a commissioner for
oaths as aforesaid shall change his address, he shall cause a new
rubber stamp to be made showing his new address and shall enter
an impression thereof in the book referred to in sub-regulation (1).
