POSTPONEMENT OF TRIALS RULES OF COURT

Postponement of a 
criminal trial.
2. (1) Only one application for the postponement of a
criminal trial, on the ground of indisposition of counsel, shall be
granted.
(2) The court, in dealing with any such application, shall
appoint the Advocate for Legal Aid or another advocate to
undertake the defence of the accused, should the advocate retained
by the accused not appear on the day to which the trial shall be put
off.
