CLAIMS FOR PROPERTY ADMINISTERED AS 
ENEMY PROPERTY REGULATIONS

Title.
administered as Enemy Property Regulations.
Interpretation.
Cap. 179.
"Board" means the board set up in terms of article 4 of the Act;
"Custodian" means the Custodian of Enemy Property mentioned
in article 2 of the Act;
"property" means, unless otherwise indicated, both the movable
and immovable property administered by the Custodian.
Claims.
claim under article 4 of the Act, shall pay a fee of one hundred liri
(Lm100) when submitting his claim to the Custodian.
(2) The Custodian shall refer all claims received by him to the
Board as soon as may be after the 1st January 2003, and the Board
shall ensure that, prior to the release of the property in terms of the
Act, the Custodian recoups any actual expenses incurred during the
course of the administration, and in addition, where the property is
immovable, a five per centum administration fee calculated on the
current value of the property so released, shall be due.
