WITH DISABILITY REGULATIONS

article 15.

2.  (1) In computing the number of persons in the employment
of any person to whom article 15 of the Persons with Disability
(Employment) Act applies, the following provisions shall have
effect: 
( a ) a person whose employment ordinarily involves less
than ten hours’ service weekly shall be disregarded;
( b ) a person whose employment ordinarily involves not
less than ten but not more than thirty hours’ service
weekly shall be counted as one half of a unit;
( c ) a person whose employment ordinarily involves more
than thirty hours’ service weekly shall be counted as a
whole unit.
(2) Where a person is employed by the same employer partly
in one class of employment and partly in one or more other classes
of employment, then, for the purpose of sub-regulation (1) -
( a ) the number of weekly hours of service ordinarily
involved in his employment by that employer shall be
taken to be the number so involved in all the classes of
employment in which he is engaged; and
( b ) if different percentages are at any time applicable to
the various classes of employment in which he is
employed, he shall be deemed to be employed for the
whole of his time in that class of employment to which
the highest percentage is applicable.
