AND NORTHERN IRELAND - ORDER

2. (1) The whole of the territory of the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland is to be considered a
reciprocating country for the purposes of the Maintenance Orders
(Reciprocal Enforcement) Act.
(2) The provisions of subarticle (1) shall be subject to the
condition that, in the event of the benefits conferred by the
Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act being applied to
maintenance orders made by the courts of the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland, similar benefits will in that
country be applied to maintenance orders made by the courts of
Malta.
