304.5 square metres, bounded on the North-East
by Triq Vincenzo Ciappara, on the South-East
by property of J. Borg and on the North-West by

The said flats are accessible from an internal door

The maisonettes are all accessible from separate

the Housing Authority, as edged green on L.D. 303B/

3. With effect from the 4th February, 1994:
(1) The following land forming part of the Tal-Bebbux II
Government Housing Estate, limits of  Żurrieq:
( a ) A plot of land having an area of approximately
2,830 square metres, bounded on the
North-West by Napoleon Street, on the
South-East by Mgr. P. P. Pullicino Street and on
the North-East partly by Gervase Mathew Street
and partly by property of the Housing Authority,

Block 4;
Five flats are accessible from an internal door
numbered 1 to 5 having a common entrance known as
Block 5.
All 45 flats are found in Marina Street are also
accessible from another entrance at level 2 in the
common part shown edged yellow on L.D. 163/94.
The said 11 shops are accessible from a separate
external door unofficially numbered 1-3, 3A, 4 to 10
and are situated as follows:
Shops 1 to 3 are at level 1 underlying the flats at Block
1;
Shops 3A, 4 and 5 are at level 1 underlying the flats at
Block 2;
Shops 6 to 8 are at level 1 underlying the flats at Block
3;
Shops 9 and 10 are at level 1 underlying the flats at
Block 4.
The said shops are all found in Marina Street.
The said 14 garages are accessible from a separate
external door in common part unofficially numbered

premises used by the postal authorities, forming part
of Yacht Marina Apartments in Marina Street, Pietà, as
hereunder indicated:
The said 14 garages are accessible from a separate
external door in a common part unofficially numbered
1-10 at level 1, and 25 to 28 at level 2, and are situated
as follows:
Garages 1 to 5 are at level 1 underlying the flats at
Block 7;
Garages 6 to 10 are at level 1 underlying the flats at
Block 6 and part of premises occupied by Postal
Authorities;
Garages 25 to 28 at level 2 underlying flats at Block 7
and overlying garages 1 to 4.
The premises used by the Postal Authorities at level 2
underlies the flats at Block 6 and part of the flats at
Block 7 and overlies garages 5 to 10.
All garages and premises are shown edged green on
L.D. 163/94 and are accessible from a common part at
levels 1 and 2 shown edged yellow on the same plan.
