FEES TO BE PAID FOR THE GOZO SPORTS 
COMPLEX REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 120 of 1995.
Title. 
Gozo Sports Complex Regulations.
Interpretation.
"Complex" means the Gozo Sports Complex;
"Director" means the Director for Customer Services at the
Ministry for Gozo;
Cap. 252.
"public holiday" shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it
by the National Holidays and other Public Holidays Act.
Fees for use of 
Complex.
3. (1) There shall be charged by the Director the fees listed in
the Schedule to these Regulations for the use of the facilities at the
Gozo Sports Complex.
(2) No fees shall be charged for use by individuals on Sundays
and public holidays for the holding of sports activities at the
Complex.
Free use.
Regulations the Director may reduce or remit any fee payable to the
Complex by schools and sports associations and clubs when the
activity takes place for the purpose of promoting physical
education and sports.
Advertising.
by the Director prior to fixing in the main hall.
