JEWELLERY AND WATCHES
WAGES COUNCIL ORDER
2nd February, 1968
LEGAL NOTICE 13 of 1968, as amended by Legal Notice 25 of 1974.
Title.
Council Order.
Field of operation 
of Wages Council.
2.  There shall be a Jewellery and Watches Wages Council
which shall operate for all persons employed in any undertaking or
part of an undertaking, the activities of which consist wholly or
mainly in gilding, engraving in gold or silver or in the manufacture
of jewellery, clocks and watches.
Interpretation.
Amended by:
L.N. 25 of 1974.
3. In this order, unless the context otherwise requires -
"manufacture" includes repair;
"jewellery" means articles made wholly or mainly of or covered
with gold, silver, platinum or other previous metals and includes
diamonds or precious stones, articles of rolled gold.
