allocated for meetings:

Please note that: There is a sheet of paper with
the
fifteen minute slot allocations stuck to the door of CCT Room 406 on
which appointments can be booked.
It is important that
any student who would like to book an appointment write and sign her
or his name for the time she or he would like to talk to Dr Mallia,
and leave a contact telephone number in case there are any last
minute changes.
It is also important
that no empty slots are skipped and that whenever possible only ONE slot at a time is
booked.
Booking needs to be
made at least one day ahead of the appointment. No appointments made
on the same day as the appointment will be accepted.
Dr Mallia can only see
students at these times. In the rare case that no mutual convenient
time can be found during student hours, students should write in or
telephone and ask for an appointment at another time. |
