AbstractWilliams syndrome is a rare condition that is associated with severe cardiovascular manifestations. We report a patient with Williams syndrome who also has isolated right ventricular infundibular obstruction, an association that has not been previously reported, to the best of our knowledge. The defects usually encountered in Williams syndrome include supravalvar aortic stenosis, coarctation, pulmonary branch stenosis and ventricular septal defect. Intervention for this young man has been undertaken.
