Word Representation: Charlists

• It is convenient to represent words as lists of characters, not atoms.

  morphology [m,o,r,p,h,o,l,o,g,y]

• Need a relation at2chars(Atom,Charlist) which converts between the two.
• Relevant builtins for implementing at2chars are

  atom_chars(Atom,AsciiList).
  atom_char(Character,Asciival).
