Creating Links

All links have the following HTML format:

<A HREF=TARGET>CONTENT</A>

where TARGET specifies the target and CONTENT defines the appearance on the page.

The form of TARGET depends on whether it is
- Internal: within the same document
- Local: within the same directory
- Remote: on a remote server.
CONTENT is typically a piece of text or an image
