Text Styles using Composer
The user has control over various aspects of text appearance, notably
headings, font size and style, and colour. To experiment with these,
- open this document using Composer.
- Use the back button to return the browser to this page.
- You should end up with two windows on screen - Navigator (the browser)
and Composer (the editor).
Exercise 1.3
Adjust headings, fonts, fontsize, styles, colours, and insert newlines
according to the indications in square brackets. For help on how to do
these see below.
Headings
There are six heading styles: H1 to H6, in decreasing order of
importance. A level 4 heading is about the same size as normal text.
Font Size, Style and Colour
- In Composer, font size, style and colour are controlled
using the menus immediately
to the right of the heading menu.
- This time, however, it is first necessary
to select a particular piece of text. This is the only text affected by
subsequent changes of font, style, colour or weight.
