Hearing on
“Consumer Confidence
in the Digital Environment”

Parliament, Brussels.
Dr Tanya Sammut-Bonnici addressed the
Public hearing on Consumer Confidence in the Digital Environment,
organised by
the European Parliament’s Committee on the Internal Market
and Consumer
Protection. The purpose of the hearing was to hear expert evidence on
issues concerning
the digital environment from different perspectives.
The presentation
addressed the current
state of play and developments in the area of lawmaking concening the
digital
environment, the legal framework, the rights and problems of consumers.
