Changing the Appearance of Links

Links in documents look different to ordinary text. For instance, this link takes us right back from whence we came. Having followed it, notice that its appearance has changed.

The look of the link can be adjusted by

selecting preferences under the edit menu,
selecting colors under "appearances".

For future reference, note the other options available under all these menus.
