The
17th January 2000 marked the start of the project of a Science Museum
located at the Junior College.   The work started with the restoration of
various items which were stored at the college, some of which were
once part of the Physical Laboratory of the University in
Valletta.   These items are around 100 years old and
form the nucleus of a Museum comprising other items from the old
Evans Laboratories in Valletta so that the collection now has over
              200 exhibits.
              The
Science Museum was inaugurated on the 17th January 2001 and
started offering its services to students with the help of a long
term loan of equipment from the Malta Council for Science and
Technology.   It is located in Room 452 of the Junior
College.   The Museum facilities are available to bona
              fede visitors on request.
