Wind Engineering

The aerodynamics of buildings and structures have important consequences to issues such as:

  • wind induced natural ventilation
  • Pedestrian wind comfort
  • wind loads
  • wind nuisance

Work in this topic focuses mostly on:

  1. Wind induced natural ventilation
  2. Impact of wind on building renewable energy systems.
